MY EXPERIENCE WITH DESI COW GHEE
I started using desi ghee and all ayurvedic ghee treatments (Gharelu Nuskhe) automatically started working.
Example #1: one time I was roaming on streets, under the sun, empty stomach and started having headache (Acidity, Pitta). I happen to enter a Sweet shop selling Desi cow ghee and he gave me 1 spoon to taste. Within 2 minutes (120 seconds) my headache was gone!
Ayurved says, Ghee is one of the biggest remedy for acidity. And it worked.
Example #2: If I put 1 warm drop of desi cow ghee in my nostrels at night, I always get better sleep.
Example #3: The desi cow ghee does not have any strong and attractive smell, But, as soon as it's added in the food, it enhances the taste of everything, simple Daal-Chaval becomes a dish!
Example #4: in 2 minutes of eating Desi cow ghee, it's melts in my mouth and no residue remains on the tongue, meaning no greasyness aftarwards, may be due to the Desi ghee properties (lower melting point than human body temperature).

MY EXPERIENCE WITH GIR-GAU-JATAN-SANSTHAN
I was in a search of a reliable vendor and GirGauJatanSansthan repetadly proved to be the one.
The cost of one lit/kg ghee in last 5 years has gradually increased from ~2800/- to now 3500/- (recently purchased & received on 18 Jan 2025), but I do not see any other Reliable vendors yet.
Good Food is costly (real food, real rates).
Organic feed + Gir cow milk + Bolona Ghee = Ayurvedic Ghee.
One time the delivery partner ditched me so they re sent my parcel with a costlier courier service without any extra cost.
One time I got dispatch messages and ua last delivery that I did not order or paid for. I continuous informed them and they could not see that it's a real delivery and not a system glitch.
I repacked and sent the big parcel back although having a busy schedule (Toddler, office), and there was not even a thank you from them.
The markating, customer service staff sometimes may sound less humble since we have had habichuated with mall culture, but they are good and to-the-point.
I wish GirGauJatanSansthan do not fall in love with itself and keep improving by listening to customer feedbacks, while maintaining quality.
Although costly for me, I regularly order ghee from them because I know my family need this nourishment. (I now have 25+ empty 1 lit ghee bottles at my home now :) )

If I’m saying authentic in that sense that around me now there are many gaushala near by me but still I’m buying from you because Ramesh bhai is actually following ayurveda methods and don’t compromise with methods and quality.

घृत बनाने की प्रक्रिया जिस तरह से आयुर्वेद की संहिताओं में बताई गई है उस विधि का पालन करके यह घी बनाया गया है, जैसे की,
1. गाय शुद्ध नसल की होनी चाहिए यानी crossbreeding नही होनी चाहिए
2. गाय को ऋतुचर्या के हिसाब से चारा देना चाहिए
3. गाय को किसी भी तरह का stress नही होना चाहिए
4. गाय के बच्चे को भरपूर मात्रा में उसकी मां का दूध दे देना चाहिए नही तो गाय कभी भी खुश और प्रसन्न नही रह पायेगी
5. दूध को बिना किसी जबरदस्ती या बिना किसी हिंसा से प्राप्त किया जाना चाहिए
घी शुद्ध रूप से एक हेल्थी fat है परंतु उस fat को जिस तरह से प्राप्त किया जाता है वह बहुत ही ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है, घी को अंग्रेजी में clarified butter भी कहा जाता है यानी जो butter (मक्खन) का clarification करके प्राप्त हुआ हो। ज्यादातर लोग आज जो घी बेचते है वह बासी मलाई से प्राप्त किया जाता है, वह बासी मलाई में छाछ का बैक्टीरिया मिलाकर घी प्राप्त करने की कोशिश करते है और बाकी का मलाई निकला हुआ पतला दूध जो बचता है उसे थोड़े कम दाम में low fat milk के तौर पर बेच देते है जिससे उनका खर्चा निकल जाता है परंतु घी को हमेशा मक्खन (Butter) से प्राप्त करना चाहिए।
अगर 1 लिटर घी का दही बनाकर उस का मक्खन निकाला जाए तो बहुत कम मात्रा में मक्खन प्राप्त होगा। अगर 1 किलो घी बनाना है तो कम से कम 30 लिटर जितना दूध लगेगा, आज भैंस के दूध का भाव ही 64 रुपिया प्रति लीटर है और गिर गाय के दूध का भाव लगभग 80 रुपिया प्रति लीटर है यानी की 1 किलो घी बनाने के लिए कम से कम 30×80=2400 रुपिया का दूध लगेगा इसलिए घी को 600-700 रुपिया किलो बेचना संभव नहीं है। गिर गाय का दूध इसको बनाने का खर्चा, उसकी पैकेजिंग, बनाने वाले का मुनाफा ये सब मिलाकर घी की कीमत 3000 के ऊपर निकल जाती है।

1. रस 2. रक्त 3. मांस 4. मेध 5. अस्थि 6. मज्जा 7. शुक्र
आयुर्वेद के अनुसार घी इन 7 की 7 धातुओं को nourishment देने का काम करता है।
अभी में अपना अनुभव शेयर करता हु,
मुझे एक बार कब्ज हो गया था, मैने कब्ज की समस्या दूर करने के लिए डॉक्टर ने जो बोला वह सब किया, पेट साफ करने की दवाई ली, ज्यादा पानी पीना चालू किया, मैने मार्केट में मिलने वाला मक्खन (Butter) भी खाया फिर भी कुछ खास फर्क नही हुआ परंतु जब मैने यह घी का सेवन किया तो पहले दिन से ही मेरी कब्ज की समस्या में सुधार आने लगा और अब में बिल्कुल ठीक हु।
अगर इस घी को आप ध्यान से देखो तो इसके दो हिस्से दिखेंगे : ऊपर वाला हिस्सा एक दम पतला घी होगा और नीचे जमा हुआ घी होगा। ऊपर वाले हिस्से को घृत मांड कहते है और वो नीचे वाले जमे हुए घी से कई गुना ज्यादा लाभदायक है, मेरी कब्ज की समस्या भी उसी से समाप्त हुई थी।
घी में saturated fat ज्यादा होता है (लगभग 63%) तो इसे कम मात्रा में ही खाए बहुत ज्यादा ना खाए, दिन में 1 या ज्यादा से ज्यादा 2 चम्मच घी ठीक रहेगा।

Received this Ghee this week and the product quality and packaging is world-class. The Ghee is just amazing to have, it's a nice color and the aroma is sooo good and authenticate, the ghee comes in a glass packaging which is how it should be so full marks for that too. Ek video me Rameshbhai ne kaha tha ke Ghee ka chhedan nai karna he. I have stored it in glass bottle so how to use it on day to day basis? Hum chapati me lagate he, chaval me dalte he to bina chammach dale kese usko nikale for day to day usage?

इस नेशल ड्रॉप को रात्रि को सोने से पहले और सुबह उठने के बाद और दिन में भी दोपहर को दो-दो बूंदें नाक में डालकर तकिए के बिना बिस्तर पर 5 मिनट सीधे लेटे रहना है. हाथ की हथेली एवं पैर के तलवों में भी एक-एक बूंद लगाकर मसाज करना है. साथ ही नाभि में भी दो बूंद डालकर क्लॉक वाइज मसाज करना है. दिन में 3 से 5 बार इस प्रकार से कर सकते हैं. यदि पैरालिसिस का अटैक आए हुए काफी समय बीत चुका है तो ज्यादा लाभ मिलने की आशा नहीं है लेकिन कुछ समय पहले ही हुआ हो ज्यादा पुराने ना हो तो यथा योग्य लाभ प्राप्त होना संभव है.

Just for your Knowledge, when we feed Gau variety of grases throught out year in combination of cattle feed and medicinal herb then colour, odere and test also changes. Atmosphere alos play a very vital role for the same. Based on these, melting poin also changes. Ghee which we get in market, cows are feed, most of the time very same feed during whole year so you will see very same test and colour. Hope this has given you some understanding.
