Ashoka Bark, Cow Ghee, Cumin Decoction, Rice Water, Goat Milk, Bhringraj Juice, Jivaka, Rishabhaka, Meda, Mahameda, Kakoli, Kshirakakoli, Mudgaparni, Mashaparni, Jivanti, Licorice, Chironji, Phalsa, Rasaut.

Method of Use – Ashok Ghrut
Take half to one teaspoon of Ashok Ghrut with Mishri (Rock Sugar), or take 5 to 10 grams of Ashok Ghrut with lukewarm milk in the morning and evening.
For best results, consume regularly for 1 to 2 months.

अशोक की छाल, गव्य घृत (गाय का घी), जीरे का क्वाथ, चावल का पानी, बकरी का दूध, भांगरे का रस,जीवक, ऋषभक, मेद, महामेद, काकोली, क्षीरकाकोली, मुद्गपर्णी, माषपर्णी, जीवन्ति, मुलेठी, चिरौंजी, फालसा, रसौत।
अशोक घृतके फायदे: स्त्री रोगों में लाभकारी।
- गर्भाशय को बल प्रदान करता है।
- यह घृत रक्त, श्वेत, नीले और पीले रंग के प्रदर रोग में विशेष लाभकारी है।
- रक्तस्राव विकारों में उपयोगी।
- यह स्त्रियों के लिए अमृत के समान लाभप्रद है।
- प्रदर रोग में मुख्यतः पित्त और वात दोष पाए जाते हैं, जिनमें यह घृत उपयोगी है।

अशोक घृतके उपयोग की विधि:
आधा से एक छोटी चम्मच घृत मिश्री के साथ लें अथवा 5 से 10 ग्राम अशोक घृत को गुनगुने दूध के साथ सुबह-शाम सेवन करें।
उत्तम परिणामों के लिए 1 से 2 महीने तक नियमित सेवन करें।
