Changeri Swarasa (Oxalis corniculata – Indian Sorrel Juice), Hribera (Pavonia odorata – Fragrant Swamp Mallow), Amla Dadhi (Sour Yogurt), Shunti (Zingiber officinale – Dry Ginger), Yavakshara (Hordeum vulgare – Alkali Preparation of Barley), and Goghrita (Cow Ghee).
Benefits of Changeri Ghrut

चांगेरी (Oxalis corniculata), हाऊबेर (Pavonia odorata), खट्टा दही, सौंठ (Zingiber officinale), यवक्षार (जौ से तैयार क्षार) और गोघृत (गाय का घी)।
चांगेरी घृत के फायदे
- आयुर्वेद में गुदाभ्रंश (मलाशय का बाहर आना) और योनिभ्रंश (गर्भाशय या योनि का नीचे खिसकना) जैसी समस्याओं के लिए उपयोगी बताया गया है।
- महिलाओं के पेडू (पेट के निचले हिस्से) पर लगाने से ऋतुचक्र (मासिक धर्म) संबंधी समस्याओं में लाभकारी माना जाता है।

चांगेरी घृत के उपयोग की विधि
- महिलाओं के पेडू पर योग्य आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक की सलाह के अनुसार लगाएँ।
- मूल विवरण के अनुसार दिन में एक बार 5 से 10 ग्राम भोजन के साथ या भोजन के बाद लिया जा सकता है। वास्तविक मात्रा चिकित्सक निर्धारित करें।
